Cancellation Policy

a) You can cancel the order prior to the dispatch of Product. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated or if the product is within transit.

(b) The request for cancellation of the order can be made by cancelling the order from ‘My Orders’ section by using the order tracking number, or write to us on Support@Super99.in.

(c) On the receipt of order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of cancellation.

Cancellation of order shall be made through the mail with Subject: " Cancellation Request" and sent to support@Super99.in in the following format;

Cancellation shall be initiated only after a formal order cancellation request received at support@Super99.in

Cancellation and refund can only be requested in case of service failure. The concerned team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund, and the decision of the management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer. Super 99 is not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount paid by the customer.

Super99 holds full authority to change the cancellation policy from time to time to provide a better shopping experience. The customer is requested to read the updated policy before placing an order to avoid miscommunication or confusion.

Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.

In all matters concerning cancellation, Super99 shall have the deciding hand.
