a) You can cancel the order prior to the dispatch of such an order. The order cannot be canceled once the dispatch has been initiated or if the order is within transit. We generally process orders within 24 hrs of receiving the order.
b) The request for cancellation of the order can be made by canceling the order by signing into your "Profile" page and then navigating to the "My Orders" section, selecting the specific order and then clicking on the "Cancel Order" button. Note that the "Cancel Order" button won't be visible if the order has already been processed by Super99.
c) On the receipt of order cancellation request, your order will be canceled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of cancellation.
d) The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer. Super 99 is not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount paid by the customer.
e) Super99 holds full authority to change the cancellation policy from time to time to provide a better shopping experience. The customer is requested to read the updated policy before placing an order to avoid miscommunication or confusion.
